How do I know who to call? The organiser will provide you a donor contact list directly to the Donor Caller App (DCA). Your list will be ready and waiting for you as soon as you login using your email address. You will locate your contact list on the bottom left tab in the app.

How do I communicate with the organiser, when I come across an issue? The organisers will be available during the entire campaign. If you ever get stuck or have any issues with your contact list simply scroll to the bottom of your contact card and click on ‘call for help’.

Am I able to access the Donor Caller App with my desktop computer?

Yes. You can access the donor caller app using the link provided to you by the organisers. However, using the app on your computer will mean that you'll need to send the phone number that you are require you to call to your mobile.

What do I do when I have finished calling my contact list? Firstly, well done! Secondly, you simply need to click on the ‘Help’ tab on the bottom right of the app. Here you will be able to contact the organiser directly to obtain assistance.

Do I need to inform the organiser when I have finished, or will they see that I have stopped phoning contacts? Great question! Each charity will have different communication methods. The best practise is to let the organiser know that you have finished. We are working to automatically inform organisers when a caller has finished up (stay tuned!).

What do I do if the contact’s number is incorrect? What a bummer! You will just need to set the ‘call outcome’ as ‘wrong number’.

How do I access the App on my mobile phone? Super easy to access the app on your mobile. Click on the URL link that you have been provided and sign in with either your email address or via your Google account.

Am I able to pick and choose who I call?

Absolutely! We want to make this campaign experience a positive one. Therefore you don’t have to go through the list in order you can simply choose any contact you wish to phone. We always recommend starting at the top and making your way down for complete convenience and efficiency.

What does the donor category refer to? This refers to the status of a donor. Certain donors are categorised based on their previous donor history how much or how often they have given.

What happens when I click on ‘Send Email’ or ‘Send SMS’? It allows for donors/ potential donors to be sent further campaign information via Email or SMS.

What is the benefit of noting down the call logs? Brilliant question! The benefits are endless as it's all about teamwork when it comes time to campaign day! Noting down the call logs allows other callers to ring the donors if they happened to not answer earlier. Every call answered is another potential donor.
